Eat: discussing food groups, tracking/monitoring intake, portion sizes, recipe modification for weight loss

 

Mind: mentality, getting prepared to begin, growth mindset, understanding what “failure” is, Health’Tality (attitude of health), understanding the science of body function/body fat/weight composition

 

Flow: how to enjoy life + still have fun while losing weight and/or managing your weight for life. Discussing social events, treats/desserts, alcoholic drinks, nights out with friends
